Ascot Aurora, expensive, yet worth it. We love this development.

Why do we love it?

Generously sized townhouses, beautiful inclusions, a developer that cares about it’s buyers, completing stages before they are released so that settlers don’t have to put up with construction noise from other stages (unheard of).

The price is high on this one! Definitely not an entry level purchase, however the location can’t be beat and considering the size and inclusion level – it stacks up.

The 6.2-hectare site will host 208 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses, 11 free-standing, four-bedroom townhomes, and 15 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. We’re currently waiting for their next stage to be released with updated pricing.
