What do we love? These completed units, with three towers in total are a hot spot for investors and those chasing that city lifestyle. Only 1.5km walk to the middle of the CBD – you can’t get much closer. You’re surrounded by parks, shops, cafes, schools, as central as can be. It will be a major investment when the olympics come to Brisbane 2032.

They also have 1B + Study 1B 1C units where the study can be used as a second bedroom.

Also – it’s completed! No worrying about buying off the plan and not moving in for a year. You could settle on an apartment here within 40 days.

Not so sure about…? Some of the layouts are…questionable. Structural poles in the middle of bedrooms, that kind of thing. It’s all about selecting the right layout on this one to suit your needs.
