Located within the Clearview Urban Village, a huge redevelopment of the Morningside Tafe site – Vivace II is a collection of apartments built by trusted developer Heran.

What do we like about it?

Right next to a 50 acre bush reserve, the location is unparraleled, as its only 7km (15 minute drive) from the CBD – and that’s with traffic! It’s very rare to find leafy locations so close to the city. The apartments are pretty spacious, with 1B 1B 1C at 75m2 – it’s decently sized, and the 3B 2B 2C apartments at 177m2 – around the size of a double story townhouse.

The inclusions aren’t super special, but Heran haven’t skimped out on the necessities. Stone Banchtops, Gas cooktop, European Applicances and floor to ceiling tile in bathrooms. There’s also communcal features for residents – a pool, gym, steam room, BBQ area and communal lounge.
