If you have land, great, onto 3.

If you don’t, selecting a block that will allow you to build the home you want is critical.

We can help find the best block and do the due diligence; assessing the slope, soil type, environmental and council overlays and easements on the block to ensure there are no hidden surprises.

BUILDER

A builder who is financially strong with a quality supervisor with an efficient job schedule.

They have their act together in the office (efficient pre-construction team), employ a long-term loyal trade base and will stand by a quality product and correct their mistakes

This is where we are most valuable, we’ve assessed the majority of the builders in the South East and have found the ones you can genuinely have confidence in.

The Right Design & Inclusions

A functional, light-filled home with spaces you want to use and will love. A design that will take complete advantage of the contours and orientation of your block.This is the fun part and with our own architectural software, we can help bring your design to life or customise one of our own.
