Over the past 4 years, we have assisted over 200 buyers get into the property market across SEQ.
Our HQ is on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and we work across the Gold Coast, Ipswich and Logan regions, as well as all through Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast. We also love a gander up to Gympie!

Peter Love
Founder / Director
After a brief stint as a lawyer, Pete began his journey into property and construction as the AU/NZ General Manager for the nation’s 7th largest home builder, G.J. Gardner Homes and came to know the home building industry back to front. After 6 years with G.J. Gardner Homes, a Real Estate Licence, and a few kids at home, Pete and his wife Monique started Hello Home, with a simple vision of giving people the courage and confidence to buy their first home and discover the freedom in property ownership.
Monique Love
Director
Mon has a heart for helping and connecting with people. She is conscious of the impact a home can have on the health and mental wellbeing of those who live in it. The way a space can make you feel. Her and Peter founded the business in 2019. In the midst of raising 3 wild children, she is involved in overseeing the direction and philosophy of the business. Mon will also be driving the upcoming content development and home buyer education courses as well as the building the Hello Home community online and in-person through our events. An undying affection for dashhounds, corgi’s and grumpy cats, has resulted in far too many creatures residing at the Love residence.
Tamica Hansen
New Home Consultant / Interior Extraordinaire!
Whatever it is that Tamica tackles in life, it has to be done well. Whether fashion, travel, interior design or property, she excels in making it beautiful and doing it with pizazz. With 8 personal property acquisitions over the past 10 years, and having now helped dozens of clients into their first home, Tamica is a certified expert in guiding people along the path to exceptional property purchases. She is our North Brisbane guru and with her client’s referrals she is almost constantly booked out!
Aletta Newmann
New Home Consultant
Imagine sitting down with a finance guru, a land development expert and a home building consultant all at the same time. When you sit in front of Aletta, you do just that. With almost 20 years extensive experience across all three industries, she assists buyers from understanding their financial position, to procuring the best land options across the Sunshine Coast and designing a dream build. A newly minted Sunny Coast local, she can assist finding that home from Caloundra South to Maleny to Tewantin and back again.
Amanda Pickering
Contracts Administrator | Client Liason | Home Building Genuis!
Amanda is our masterful contracts administrator and client liaison, who walks clients through the journey of seeing their home being built. Amanda has over 20 experience in the engine room of one of the region’s most successful building companies, from contracts and covenants to colour selections she has you covered. Personally, Amanda has built 7 of her own stunning homes right here on the sunny coast. With an eye for detail, she holds builders and developers accountable and fights for our clients every step of the way. She’s the person you want on your team when building!
Lisa Reynolds
Marketing Co-ordinator
After a highly successful career as a Fashion designer in Melbourne, Lisa has turned her hand and creativity to the property industry. A proponent of outstanding graphic design, copywriting and marketing nous, Lisa worked for a number of property developers, before joining the Hello Home team. She has been instrumental in helping Hello Home build out its brand across SEQ and getting the message out to many first home buyers.
