Claire Sanders – Wilson
Director
With a background in business ownership and construction, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of building, construction and home design experience to your new home build and renovation projects.
In addition to personally building and renovating several homes across Queensland, Claire draws on her years of experience as a New Home Design Consultant for one of the nations largest home builder. Claire’s extensive experience and unique understanding of the holistic build process for new homes, dual occupancy, knock down and rebuild and renovation projects means you have a specialist building advisor on your team.
Together with her team Claire will employ her experience to make your new home or a refresh of your home journey a seamless, exciting and enjoyable experience. When Claire is not working on build projects you will find her with her husband, family and dogs on the Coast.
Peter Love
Project Advisor
After a brief stint as a lawyer, Pete began his journey into property and construction as the AU/NZ General Manager for the nation’s 7th largest home builder and came to know the home building industry back to front. After 6 years leading this construction business, a Real Estate Licence, and a few kids at home, Pete started Hello Home, with a simple vision of giving people the courage and confidence to build their first, second or 27th home and discover the freedom in property ownership. Pete and the team have proceeded to build over 200 homes for new homes buyers across South East QUeensland.
Amanda Pickering
Contracts Administrator | Colour Consultant
Amanda is our masterful contracts administrator and client liaison, who walks clients through the journey of seeing their home being built. Amanda has over 20 experience in the engine room of one of the region’s most successful building companies, from contracts and covenants to colour selections she has you covered.
Personally, Amanda has built 7 of her own stunning homes right here on the sunny coast. With an eye for detail, she holds builders and developers accountable and fights for our clients every step of the way. She’s the person you want on your team when building!
Lisa Reynolds
Design Consultant
After a successful career as a fashion designer in Melbourne, Lisa has turned her hand and creativity to the property industry. Lisa worked for a number of property developers, before joining the Hello Home team. Utilising her background in design Lisa brings a refreshing approach and perspective to home design and renovation space. Her calm and approachable nature means she connects well with people, naturally building close working relationships with clients and suppliers.
A coast local these days and an enthusiastic property renovator, recently undertaking 2 renovations within a year all while welcoming a new little person to the world. She understands how to uplift a property with considered design, while working to a budget and time pressures.
