DESIGN   

We work closely with you on the initial scoping and design requirements of your project, helping match it to the unique features of your site, as well as your lifestyle, budget and your goals for the property. 

We work with the best local teams of building designers and interior designers who can provide unique and cost-effective design solutions for your site.

QUOTES   

We do significant due diligence on the builders to ensure you have builders you can trust to deliver your project successfully.

CONTRACTS   

We ensure everything you want is accurately represented in the contract and you are protected properly

  • All Specifications, upgrades, accurate PS and PC sums (avoided if possible)
  • Reasonable delay damages
  • Plans are correct
  • Colour selection is accurately represented in the contract or variation.

PRE-CONSTRCUTION   

We ensure any post-contract variations are properly documented. 

We have a thoroughly tested team of designers, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, certifiers, interior designers, demolisher and specialist builders.

We know how long things should take. If it is taking too long in with the draftee, we chase. We hold engineers, certifiers and council accountable to their timeframes to get your project to site as quickly as possible

    DURING CONSTRUCTION

    We hold the builder accountable at every stage. With over 200 homes constructed over the past 5 years, we know how long each stage should take and can have constructive discussions with site supervisors to ensure progress and delays are overcome.

    We contract a licenced builder to conduct 3 x independent building inspections during the build, during pre-pour, waterproofing and practical completion. These are critical to uncover any potential issues before they are built over and difficult to identify.

    Between your builder and Hello Home, you will receive weekly updates on the progress of your build. We ensure you are fully informed the entire time.

    POST CONSTRUCTION

    After our final PC inspection is finalised and your home is ready to move in, we celebrate handover with you with your personalised Hello Home welcome hamper.

    We are still available anytime after handover to assist in the rare situation that building related issues may arise and help resolve them with the builder.
